Muay Thai Fundamentals
The best place to start — clean stance, the four basic weapons and your first real pad rounds, taught patiently. Complete beginners and anyone returning after a long break — no fitness or experience needed.
- A proper warm-up, shadowboxing and mobility
- Stance, guard, footwork and the basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows
- Light, friendly pad rounds with a coach or partner
- Bodyweight conditioning to finish — go at your own pace

Muay Thai Technique
Refine and sharpen — combinations, timing, distance and the small details that make strikes land cleanly. Anyone past the basics who wants cleaner, sharper, more deliberate Muay Thai.
- Focused drilling of combinations and counters
- Work on timing, distance and ring craft
- Detailed pad rounds with constant coaching feedback
- Light technical partner work — controlled, never reckless

Muay Thai Sparring
Put it together live in a controlled, respectful environment — coached, capped intensity, partners matched fairly. Members with solid technique who are ready to test it live — never beginners on day one.

Boxing
Pure hands — footwork, head movement, combinations and conditioning, the sweet science taught from scratch. Anyone wanting sharp hands and a brilliant cardio workout — start as a total beginner.

Clinch & Knees
The art the gym is named for — neck-tie control, off-balancing, knees and the close-range game most gyms skip. Members with the basics down who want to be dangerous up close, not just at range.

Kids Muay Thai
Confidence, focus and fitness through Muay Thai — discipline and fun in equal measure, taught by patient coaches. Children aged 5–12, from shy first-timers to energetic naturals.
