Is Muay Thai Technique right for you?
Anyone past the basics who wants cleaner, sharper, more deliberate Muay Thai.
Once the basics feel natural, Technique is where your Muay Thai genuinely starts to look and feel sharp. This class is all about the details that separate a beginner from a confident striker — the exact angle of a teep, the timing of a check, how to read distance and how to flow one strike into the next without telegraphing it.
Inside a Muay Thai Technique class
Expect a lot of focused, deliberate drilling. The coaches work closely with you on the pads, calling combinations and giving you immediate, specific feedback so bad habits get corrected before they set in. We layer in counters, footwork and ring craft so you are not just throwing strikes, but understanding when and why to throw them.
- Focused drilling of combinations and counters
- Work on timing, distance and ring craft
- Detailed pad rounds with constant coaching feedback
- Light technical partner work — controlled, never reckless

Where Muay Thai Technique sits in your path
Technique pairs perfectly with Fundamentals: keep one foot in each and you build a base that is both solid and sharp. It is also the natural stepping stone toward sparring — by the time you have spent a few months here, controlled sparring feels like a small, exciting next step rather than a leap.
Suggested rhythm: 2–3 times a week alongside Fundamentals.
