Is Clinch & Knees right for you?
Members with the basics down who want to be dangerous up close, not just at range.
The clinch is the heart of authentic Muay Thai, and the part most gyms quietly skip because it is hard to teach well. We named the gym after it for a reason. In this class you learn the close-range game properly — how to win the neck-tie, control posture, off-balance a stronger opponent and land knees that actually score.
Inside a Clinch & Knees class
It starts with control and structure, not strength. You will drill hand-fighting, framing and entries until they feel natural, then test them in controlled, coach-supervised clinch rounds where the goal is dominance of position, not damage. It is technical, tactical and surprisingly addictive once it clicks.
- Neck-tie control, posture and hand-fighting
- Off-balancing, turns and knee entries
- Live, controlled clinch sparring rounds
- Conditioning built around the clinch game

Where Clinch & Knees sits in your path
Adding the clinch transforms your Muay Thai. Suddenly the close range is not a place you fear but a place you own — and for anyone heading toward interclubs or fights, it is often the difference-maker. This is the class that makes a striker a complete Muay Thai athlete.
Suggested rhythm: Once or twice a week to add a new dimension.
