Is Boxing right for you?
Anyone wanting sharp hands and a brilliant cardio workout — start as a total beginner.
Boxing at Clinch is the sweet science taught from the ground up. Whether you have never thrown a punch or you want to sharpen hands you already have, you will work on the things that make a boxer a boxer — balance, footwork, a clean jab, slipping and rolling, and combinations that flow rather than flail.
Inside a Boxing class
It is also one of the best workouts you will ever do. Between bag work, pad rounds and partner drills, an hour of boxing burns serious energy, builds real coordination and leaves you buzzing. The coaches keep it technical, so you are always improving a skill, not just sweating for the sake of it.
- Stance, footwork and the full punch arsenal
- Head movement, slips, rolls and defence
- Bag work, pad rounds and combination drills
- A genuinely hard, fun conditioning finish

Where Boxing sits in your path
Plenty of members train boxing on its own; plenty more pair it with Muay Thai to sharpen their hands. Either way, it is beginner-friendly, endlessly improvable, and quietly one of the most satisfying ways to get fit in Singapore.
Suggested rhythm: 2–3 times a week, on its own or with Muay Thai.
