Come for a meet-&-greet
Before a first overnight, your pet visits for a relaxed half-day so the loft, the hosts and the routine are already familiar.
Settle into their suite
On check-in we note feeding, medication and comfort items, then ease your pet into their private room and the daily rhythm.
Watch them from anywhere
You get an evening photo report and a webcam window each day — and a clean, happy pet to collect when you’re home.
