The Luxury Loft is the suite we are quietly proud of — our largest room, with its own small private patio for fresh air on demand, premium memory-foam bedding, and a dedicated host who handles a smaller round so your dog gets genuinely individual attention through the day.
It is the natural choice when you want your dog properly pampered, when two dogs from the same home want to stay together, or for the busy festive and June-holiday windows when our floor fills early and the loft books out first. Everything from the standard stay is included, simply more of it, and at a calmer pace.
Daily one-to-one walks, longer play and rest blocks, your full feeding and medication routine, and frequent updates with photos and webcam access all come as standard here. If you are going to be away a while and want zero worry, this is the room.
