We never want a pet’s first time at Pawloft to be the night you fly off. The Meet-&-Greet is a relaxed half-day visit beforehand: your pet comes in, explores the loft and the play yard, meets the hosts and has a little play and a rest, while you see exactly where they will stay and how we run the day.
For nervous pets it makes all the difference — by the time the real stay comes around, the smells, sounds and faces are already familiar, so settling in is far easier. For you, it is a chance to ask anything, watch how we handle the animals, and leave feeling genuinely comfortable about the booking.
It is a one-off, low-cost visit, and if you go on to book an overnight stay we will put the trial fee towards it. We strongly recommend it before any first overnight booking, especially for puppies, rescues and shy cats.
