Every overnight guest gets their own private, climate-controlled suite with a real raised bed, two daily walks, supervised play-yard time balanced with proper rest, meals served to your own feeding schedule, and an evening photo report with a live webcam window. Cats board in our separate dog-free loft with perches and an unhurried routine. You only ever pay for the nights and any add-ons you choose — there is no membership to join.

Completely. Cats stay in a different building — our Joo Chiat cat loft — where no dog is ever present, so there is no dog in sight, sound or scent. Each cat has a private multi-level suite with vertical perches, a covered hiding nook and a window, and a dedicated cat host who lets each cat set the pace. We never house cats and dogs together, even when we’re fully booked.

Yes — that’s the whole point. You get a short photo report every evening (twice a day on Deluxe and Luxury suites and longer stays), plus a live webcam window into the loft so you can check in whenever you like. If anything ever seems off — eating less, a bit subdued — we message you straight away rather than wait for the next report.

Two things: your pet must be up to date on core vaccinations (we’ll ask for the record), and we do a quick health-and-temperament check at check-in along with your feeding, medication and comfort-item notes. For a first overnight stay we strongly recommend a Meet-&-Greet half-day beforehand so your pet already knows the loft — it makes settling in far easier, especially for puppies, rescues and shy cats.

Pricing is simply the suite rate per night plus any add-ons you choose. Standard suites start at $58 a night, Deluxe at $82 and the Luxury Loft at $118; cat suites start at $58. Add-ons like a collection-day spa groom, extra daycare play or extra walks are charged separately. Yes. Stays of seven nights or more move to a reduced nightly rate from the seventh night and include a mid-stay groom. Two pets from the same home can often share a Deluxe or Luxury suite, which works out cheaper than two rooms, and we’re happy to quote multi-pet stays. Daycare also has a ten-day bundle that’s cheaper per day than booking single days.

We handle both as routine. Leave us clear written instructions and your pet’s own food and medication, and we follow them to the letter — right food, right amount, right times, and any tablets or topical treatments given exactly as directed. For pets with medical needs we keep extra-close notes and will always call you, and your vet if you ask us to, the moment anything seems unusual.

As early as you can for peak windows — Chinese New Year, the June school holidays and the year-end period fill up fast because we deliberately cap how many guests stay at once. The Luxury Loft books out first. A deposit holds your dates over festive periods. Outside those windows, a fortnight’s notice is usually plenty, though a quick WhatsApp to check availability never hurts.

Everything you give us — your contact details, your pet’s records, your notes — is kept private and treated under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It exists for one purpose: setting up the stay and reaching you while your pet is with us. We don’t send marketing, and we don’t share it onward to third parties.
