Not everyone can drive their pet to us before a 6am flight, so we run a door-to-door pet taxi within mainland Singapore. A trained handler collects your pet from home in a cool, secure, pet-fitted vehicle with proper crating or harnessing, and the same on the way back when the stay is over.
It takes the most stressful part of boarding off your plate — no juggling a nervous dog, a suitcase and a Grab, no cat carrier on the MRT. Your pet travels safely and calmly, and you get a message when they are collected and again when they arrive, so you always know where they are.
Transfers are charged each way and are subject to availability, so they are best booked together with the stay rather than at the last minute. Tell us your pick-up window and address when you reserve and we will confirm a slot.
