Our story

Why we exist
Built after one too many cage-and-corridor kennels
Pawloft began with our founder’s own anxious rescue dog. Every time she travelled, the only options were rows of stacked cages and concrete runs — places that left him shaken for days. She was sure boarding could feel calm and considered instead, more like a small hotel than a holding pen.
So we built exactly that: private suites with real beds, a deliberately small and capped floor, cats kept entirely apart from dogs, and a daily rhythm of play, walks and proper rest. Then we added the one thing every owner actually wants — a daily photo report and a live webcam window, so you can see for yourself that they’re happy.
Today our small team hosts thousands of stays a year across two lofts, and our founder still does the evening settle-down round herself. We’d rather turn dates away than crowd the place — because that calm is the whole point.

Six things that set the loft apart
A room of their own
Private, climate-controlled suites with real raised beds — comfort that looks more like a boutique hotel than a kennel block.
A true dog-free cat loft
Cats board in a completely separate building, away from any dog, in a calm space built around how cats actually like to live.
See your pet any time
A daily photo report and a live webcam window mean you’re never wondering how they’re doing while you’re away.
A capped, calm floor
We limit guest numbers on purpose so nobody is crowded and every pet gets genuine one-to-one time each day.
Health-first boarding
Vaccination checks, a check-in health screen and careful introductions keep the loft safe — and we flag anything off straight away.
Home fresh, not frazzled
A collection-day spa groom and a calm, predictable routine mean you collect a settled, clean, happy pet — not a stressed one.
The hosts
The faces your pet sees every day

Started Pawloft after boarding her own anxious rescue one too many times in a cage-and-corridor kennel. Lives above the Bukit Timah loft and still does the evening settle-down round herself.

Runs the play yard and the daily routine, and is uncannily good at matching dogs into the right play groups. Fifteen years around working and companion dogs.

Looks after the Joo Chiat cat loft and our collection-day spa grooms. Endlessly patient with shy cats — the one who can coax a hider out from under the perch.
