Our spa groom is an add-on to a boarding stay or a daycare day, timed for the day you collect so your pet comes home genuinely fresh rather than smelling of a long holiday. It is a calm, unrushed session: a warm bath with a gentle pet-safe shampoo, a careful blow-dry, a nail trim, a tidy of the coat and a paw-and-ear check.
Because your pet is already with us and relaxed, grooming day is far less stressful than a separate salon trip on top of travel. Our groomer works at the animal’s pace, stops if they need a break, and never uses cage dryers or sedation. Nervous or senior pets are handled especially gently.
It is a small thing that makes collection lovely — you walk in to a clean, soft, sweet-smelling pet instead of one that needs a bath the moment you get home. Add it when you book, or message us any time before collection day.
