Cats do not relax around dogs, so we keep them entirely apart in a separate Joo Chiat loft where no dog is ever in sight, sound or scent. Each cat has a private multi-level suite with vertical perches to climb, a cosy covered nook to hide in, a clean litter station and a window to watch the world go by.
We keep things deliberately unhurried. Feeding follows your cat’s usual food and schedule, litter is spot-cleaned through the day, and our cat host spends quiet one-to-one time — a slow brush, a wand toy, or simply sitting nearby — at whatever pace your cat is comfortable with. Shy cats are never forced to socialise.
You get a daily photo update and a webcam window here too, so you can see your cat is eating, using the litter and settling. For cats with medication or special diets, we follow your written instructions exactly and flag anything that seems off straight away.
