What’s involved
A "not cold" call is really a diagnosis job. Plenty of things can stop an aircon cooling — a choked filter, low gas, a faulty capacitor or PCB, a frozen coil or a tripped breaker — so we come, test methodically, and find the actual cause rather than guessing.
Our technician checks the airflow, gas pressure, electrical board and sensors on site, then explains in plain language what is wrong and what it will cost to fix. You always see the parts price before we proceed — nothing is replaced without your say-so.
Many cases turn out to be a simple clean or top-up; some need a part. Either way, you get an honest diagnosis and a clear quote, and the callout fee goes towards the repair if you go ahead.
