What’s involved
General servicing is the visit every aircon needs on a regular rhythm. Our technician opens each unit, washes the filters, vacuums the cover and blower, brushes down the cooling coil, clears the drainage pipe so it never drips, and checks the fan, thermostat and gas pressure before signing off.
It is quick, tidy and honest. We lay down sheets, work unit by unit, and tell you plainly if something needs more than a clean — a weak unit that wants a chemical wash, or a warm one that is low on gas — but we never invent work to pad the bill.
Done every three months or so, general servicing is what keeps your aircon cold, quiet and cheap to run. Skip it for a year and you usually end up paying for a chemical overhaul instead.
