Ballet for Teens
Ages 12–16 · 75 min
A welcoming class for teenagers — whether starting fresh, continuing the syllabus, or returning to ballet after time away.
Ballet for Children is for the dancer who simply loves class. The technique is real classical ballet — barre, centre, travelling steps and a soft introduction to musicality — but it sits outside the formal exam calendar, so there is no assessment pressure and no fixed entry dates.
We still hold a high standard. Children learn correct alignment, good studio habits and the vocabulary of ballet, all at a pace that keeps it joyful. Many families use this class as a relaxed start and move across to the graded pathway once their child is keen and ready.
It is the right choice when you want quality teaching without committing to exams, or when a child is finding their feet before deciding how seriously to take it. The door to the graded track stays open every single term.
