What the class is like
Guided Meditation is a quiet, thirty-minute sit where the teacher leads you through settling the body, following the breath, and gently working with a restless mind. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right — you simply arrive, sit comfortably (a chair is fine), and let the guidance carry you.
We keep it practical rather than mystical. You learn simple, repeatable techniques — breath counting, a body scan, noticing-and-returning — that you can use on the MRT, at your desk, or lying awake at 2am. It is the most portable thing we teach.
It pairs beautifully with a Yin class and works as a standalone reset between a hard workday and home. For anyone who finds "just relax" impossible, this is the gentlest, most structured way in.
