Whether you want to dip a toe in or practise every day, there is an option that fits. Memberships work across all three studios, can be paused whenever life gets busy, and never tie you into a long contract. Pay by PayNow, card or Atome.
7 days
Intro Week
Seven days of unlimited classes for first-timers — the easiest, lowest-risk way to try every style.
Both, with no lock-in either way. New members usually begin with a 7-day unlimited Intro Week from $39. After that you can pay per class as a drop-in from $32, buy a 10-Class Pass to use over three months, or go Unlimited Monthly from $188 for as many classes as you like across all three studios. Memberships pause anytime, and payment is via PayNow, card or Atome — whichever suits you.
No — clean mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are provided at every studio, so you can simply arrive and practise. Plenty of members bring their own mat once they are practising regularly, which is welcome, but it is never required. We just suggest arriving a few minutes early for your first class so reception can show you around.
Yes. An Unlimited Monthly membership and the 10-Class Pass both work across all three Sukha studios — Millenia Walk, Tanjong Pagar and Holland Village — so you can practise near the office during the week and near home on weekends. You just book whichever class and location suits you through the app or at reception.
For most people, two to three classes a week is the sweet spot where the benefits really start to show — looser joints, more strength, better sleep and a noticeably calmer head. Even once a week builds a steady habit, and our Yin & Restore class counts: it is recovery, not effort. The Practice Finder suggests a realistic weekly rhythm based on your experience and what you are after, so you are not aiming for more than life allows.
