What the class is like
Hatha is the steady heart of our timetable. Rather than flowing quickly from shape to shape, we hold postures for several breaths, refining the alignment and letting the body actually settle into each one. It builds real strength and balance, but quietly, without the pace of a vinyasa room.
Holding a posture is where the interesting work happens — you notice where you grip, where you can soften, and how the breath can carry you through a little more than you expected. Our teachers cue carefully and offer variations, so the same class genuinely works for a first-timer and for someone who has practised for years.
People come out of Hatha grounded rather than wiped out. It is the class we recommend for anyone who wants the benefits of a consistent practice — looser joints, a stronger core, a calmer head — at a pace that fits a full Singapore week.
