What the class is like
Warm Flow runs in a gently heated room — warm enough to loosen tight muscles and bring on a satisfying sweat, but not the punishing heat of a true hot studio. The warmth lets the body move a little further into each shape, so it is a favourite for anyone carrying tension in the hips, shoulders or back.
The sequence itself is a flowing vinyasa, sequenced to build steadily so the heat works for you rather than against you. Teachers remind the room to rest whenever it is needed, and there is no ego about it — coming back to a simple breathing pose mid-class is always the right call.
You leave a Warm Flow genuinely reset: looser, lighter and clear-headed. We suggest easing in with one or two a week, drinking plenty of water, and pairing it with a cooler Yin class so the body has time to recover.
