Built around the install, not the callout
Marcus Teo started Coolworks after a decade installing aircon for a large contractor, where the pressure was always to move on to the next job. Too many systems went in slightly oversized, slightly under-piped, or charged without a proper vacuum-purge — and became somebody’s monsoon-season headache a year later.
So Coolworks does the opposite. We size every system from a free survey, run concealed copper neatly, and commission each unit the slow, correct way. We deliberately leave the recurring chemical-wash and repair work to others — keeping our crews specialised on getting the install right the first time.
Today our own installers fit thousands of systems across the island each year, and Marcus still walks the trickier landed surveys himself.
What you can count on
Right-sized from a real survey
We never quote blind. A free survey lets us size each unit to the actual room, so you get even cooling without paying for capacity you will never use or a system that short-cycles.
Piping you cannot see
Concealed copper inside neat, colour-matched trunking, planned around your carpentry. The mark of a good install is that you forget the pipework is even there.
Brand choice, honest advice
We supply value, mainstream and premium inverter brands and tell you plainly where the extra money is worth it for your rooms — and where it simply is not.
Workmanship warranty in writing
A one-year Coolworks workmanship warranty sits on top of the maker’s unit warranty. Any fault traced to our install is put right at no cost to you.
Our own trained crews
Coolworks installs are done by our own trained installers, not sub-contracted out to whoever is free. The same careful hands, job after job.
Old units removed & disposed
On a replacement we take the old units away and dispose of them responsibly, so you are never left with a dead compressor blocking the service yard.
