Most aircon units in Singapore homes are run hard and last around eight to twelve years before the cooling weakens and the running cost creeps up. Replacing an old non-inverter with a modern inverter is one of the few upgrades that genuinely pays for itself — quieter rooms, faster cooling and a noticeably smaller power bill.
We assess your existing setup at the survey: if the pipe runs and drainage are sound, we can often reuse them and simply swap the units, which keeps the cost down and the walls untouched. Where the old piping is too short, corroded or wrongly sized for a new inverter, we say so plainly and re-pipe only the stretch that genuinely needs it.
The old units come out, get removed from your home and disposed of responsibly, and the new ones go in, commissioned and tested. You keep your walls, lose the noise and the high bills, and get a fresh workmanship warranty on the new install.
