Commercial cooling is sized differently from a home — you are cooling a floor full of people, equipment and glass, often with a tenancy clock ticking. We survey the space, work out the real cooling load for full occupancy, and recommend the right mix of cassettes, ducted or multi-split units rather than guessing.

For shops, clinics and offices we plan the install so the units sit where they cool evenly and stay easy to access for future maintenance, and we run the pipe-work and drainage to keep ceilings tidy. Where a business cannot afford downtime, we work in the evenings or across a weekend and phase the fit-out room by room around the tenancy.
