Condo installs come with their own rulebook — the MCST decides where condensers may sit, which ledges are approved, and what hours work is allowed. We handle that side for you: we know the common managed-estate requirements, mount condensers to the approved ledge with proper brackets, and keep the install within the building’s permitted windows so there is no friction with management.

Inside the unit, the work is the same exacting standard — concealed copper, level indoor units, correct drainage and a vacuum-purge before charging. Where you are replacing the builder’s original units, we can often reuse the existing pipe chases so the walls stay untouched, and match the new trunking to what is already there.
