Split System Installation
Supply and install of new System 1 to System 4 wall units — sized to the room, piped concealed, commissioned and warrantied.
Landed homes are a different scale of job — more rooms, longer pipe runs, and often a need to split the home into zones so the bedrooms upstairs and the living spaces downstairs run independently. We plan the install floor by floor, deciding where each condenser sits to balance airflow, noise and the length of the copper runs.
Longer runs need to be done properly: correctly sized piping, supported and lagged, with drainage planned so condensate always runs away cleanly even on a three-storey home. We can mix wall units with ceiling cassettes for the open-plan areas, and we site the outdoor condensers where they will not drone into a bedroom window.
It is the kind of job where a free, thorough survey earns its keep — we walk the whole house with you, mark out every unit and condenser, and give you a single clear quote for the lot. What you end up with is a house that is evenly, quietly cool from the ground floor to the attic.
