Per-unit install rate

Each indoor unit carries a supply-and-install rate by aircon type — from S$560 for a full inverter — multiplied across the number of rooms you cool.

Brand-tier adjustment

A value, mainstream or premium brand shifts the per-unit rate up or down — premium quiet inverters cost a little more, value makes a little less.

Extra copper piping

3m of concealed piping per unit is included; longer runs add S$28 per extra metre. The survey confirms the real run lengths.
