BTO Aircon Package

A brand-new BTO is the easiest flat to get aircon right in — the walls are bare, the renovation has not happened yet, and the trunking can be planned to disappear behind the eventual carpentry. The trick is timing: we co-ordinate the install around your key collection and your renovation schedule so the piping goes in before the painters, not after.

Our BTO package is fixed-scope and transparent — a System 2 or System 3 sized to a typical 3- or 4-room layout, with concealed trunking, proper drainage and a tidy condenser mount on the service ledge. We survey the unit first, mark out where each indoor unit sits for best airflow, and agree the run with you so nothing is a surprise on install day.

Because BTO owners are usually juggling five contractors at once, we keep our part simple: one survey, one fixed quote, one clean install day, one warranty. You move into a flat that is already cool, with cabling you cannot see.
