Counselling & psychotherapy,
held with warmth.
A private, judgement-free space to talk things through — for adults, couples, families, teens and children, here in Singapore.

Welcome to Stillpoint
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. At Stillpoint, we try to make that step as gentle as possible. We’re a private counselling and psychotherapy practice in Singapore, here for the moments when life feels heavier than it should — whether that’s anxiety, a low patch, a struggling relationship, grief, or simply not feeling like yourself.
Our trained counsellors work with adults, couples, families, teenagers and children, drawing on evidence-based approaches but always at a pace that’s yours. No judgement, no rush — just a warm, confidential space to be heard and to find steadier ground.
More About UsWhy choose Stillpoint?
Because how you’re cared for matters as much as the care itself. Here’s what you can count on from us.
Trained, registered counsellors
Every counsellor holds a recognised counselling or psychotherapy qualification and works to professional ethical standards — never a well-meaning amateur.
About our practiceWarm first, clinical second
We’re a wellness practice, not a hospital. The rooms are calm and human, and you’re met as a person — never a diagnosis or a case number.
About our practiceGenuinely confidential
What you share stays in the room, handled under Singapore’s PDPA and held securely. We’re always clear about the rare limits, which only ever concern safety.
About our practiceOur counsellors & psychotherapists
A warm, diverse team, each with their own specialisms and a recognised qualification. We’ll help you find the right person to work with — and gladly help you switch if the fit isn’t quite right.

Ways we can support you
We offer a range of services for the challenges life brings — across ages, relationships and concerns. Tap any one to read how we work, or let our Support Pathway Matcher point you to a good place to start.
Not sure where to start?
Telling someone what’s wrong is hard, especially at the very beginning. Our Support Pathway Matcher is a gentle first step — answer three quiet questions and we’ll suggest a counselling service, a session format and an indicative fee range, with no commitment at all.
This is a warm starting point, not an assessment or a diagnosis. Fees shown are indicative ranges that vary by counsellor and session type — see the Fees page for details. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a Singapore helpline straight away.
What to expect from your first session
There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to get right. Here’s how working with us usually unfolds — gently, and entirely at your pace.
Book an AppointmentReach out, at your pace
Send a short enquiry or WhatsApp us. There’s no form to perfect and no commitment — just tell us roughly what’s going on and we’ll suggest the right counsellor and a time that suits.
A gentle first session
Your first hour is about being heard and getting a feel for working together. We’ll understand what brings you in and shape a simple plan — with no pressure to continue.
The work, shaped around you
We meet regularly at a rhythm that suits you, drawing on evidence-based approaches and reviewing together what’s helping, so the work always stays useful.
Steadier ground
Over time, the goal is simply this — to feel more like yourself, with tools you can keep and a space you can return to whenever you need it.
Individual Counselling
One-to-one sessions for adults carrying anxiety, low mood, stress or a chapter that has become hard to hold on your own.

In our clients’ words
A few words from people who took that first step. Names are shared with permission and shortened for privacy.
I put off counselling for years because it felt like admitting I couldn’t cope. From the first session at Stillpoint I felt heard rather than judged. The anxiety that used to run my days is so much quieter now, and I have tools I actually use.
My wife and I were stuck having the same fight on repeat. Our counsellor never took sides and helped us actually hear each other for the first time in ages. We still disagree, but we know how to come back from it now.
After losing my mum I felt like the world expected me to just carry on. Stillpoint gave me a place to fall apart and slowly put myself back together, at my own pace. I will always be grateful for that gentleness.
My teenage son refused to talk to us about anything. Daniel earned his trust without pushing, and over a few months we got our son back — calmer, more open, and doing better at school. Worth every cent.
Still wondering if it’s for you?
It’s completely normal to be unsure about counselling. We’ve answered the questions we’re asked most — about confidentiality, fees, online sessions, and what the first appointment is really like.
