For adults Individual Counselling
One-to-one sessions for adults carrying anxiety, low mood, stress or a chapter that has become hard to hold on your own.
Family counselling brings the people who live the problem together into one room. When a family is under strain — clashing teenagers, a difficult separation, an unwell or struggling member, or simply years of unspoken hurt — the difficulty rarely sits with one person. It lives in how everyone relates. Working with the family as a whole often shifts things in a way that talking to one member alone cannot.
We create a space where each person, from the youngest to the eldest, can speak and be heard without it tipping into the usual blame and defensiveness. Sometimes that means whole-family sessions; sometimes it means seeing a parent or a pair separately for a while. We shape it around what your family actually needs.
Singapore families often carry particular pressures — multigenerational homes, expectations across cultures, exam stress, the weight of "saving face". We hold all of that with respect, and help you find a way of being together that has more warmth and less friction in it.

This list isn’t exhaustive — if what you’re facing isn’t here, please reach out anyway and we’ll point you to the right support.
Flexible — whole-family or smaller groupings, in person at our rooms. There’s no fixed package and no lock-in — we review together how things are going so the work always stays useful to you, and you’re free to pause or stop whenever you choose.
Stillpoint is a counselling and psychotherapy practice, not a medical or psychiatric clinic — our counsellors don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. We work alongside GPs and psychiatrists, and will talk with you about a referral if we feel medical input would help. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a Singapore helpline straight away.
If any of this feels like you or someone you love, you don’t have to carry it alone. Reach out today, and we’ll take it gently from there.
