For children & teens Teen Counselling
A confidential space for teenagers carrying exam pressure, anxiety, low mood, identity questions or the noise of social media.
Children do not always have the words for what is troubling them — it shows instead in stomachaches before school, sudden tears, clinginess, anger or going quiet. Child counselling at Stillpoint meets children where they are, using play, drawing and story alongside conversation, so they can show and work through feelings they cannot yet explain.
Our child counsellors are warm and unhurried, and the room is a safe, friendly place rather than anything that feels like a doctor’s office. We help children make sense of worry, manage big emotions, build confidence and find words for what is going on inside, all at a pace that feels safe to them.
Parents are partners in this. We talk with you about what you are noticing, give you ways to support your child at home, and keep you appropriately in the loop, while still protecting the trust your child needs to feel in the room. The aim is a calmer, more confident child and a family that understands them a little better.

This list isn’t exhaustive — if what you’re facing isn’t here, please reach out anyway and we’ll point you to the right support.
Play- and art-based, with regular check-ins for parents. There’s no fixed package and no lock-in — we review together how things are going so the work always stays useful to you, and you’re free to pause or stop whenever you choose.
Stillpoint is a counselling and psychotherapy practice, not a medical or psychiatric clinic — our counsellors don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. We work alongside GPs and psychiatrists, and will talk with you about a referral if we feel medical input would help. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a Singapore helpline straight away.
If any of this feels like you or someone you love, you don’t have to carry it alone. Reach out today, and we’ll take it gently from there.
