Online Counselling in Singapore

Anyone who prefers — or needs — to meet by secure video from home.

Online counselling makes support easier to reach when life is busy, when getting to a room is hard, or when you simply feel safer talking from your own space. Over a secure video link, you get the same counsellor, the same care and the same evidence-based work as you would in person — just from your sofa, in a lunch break, or after the children are asleep.

It suits a lot of people: parents juggling young children, professionals with packed calendars, Singaporeans living or travelling overseas, and anyone for whom the comfort of home helps them open up. Research is clear that online counselling can be every bit as effective as in-person work for many concerns.

We will help you set up easily and find a private, settled spot to talk, and we are mindful about confidentiality and the limits of online work — if at any point in-person care would serve you better, we will say so honestly. Many guests blend the two, meeting online some weeks and in our rooms others.

How sessions usually run

Secure video, same fees and care as in-person; easy to set up. There’s no fixed package and no lock-in — we review together how things are going so the work always stays useful to you, and you’re free to pause or stop whenever you choose.

Stillpoint is a counselling and psychotherapy practice, not a medical or psychiatric clinic — our counsellors don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. We work alongside GPs and psychiatrists, and will talk with you about a referral if we feel medical input would help. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a Singapore helpline straight away.
