For specific concerns Grief & Loss Counselling
A gentle space to grieve in your own way and time — after a death, a separation, a diagnosis, or any loss that has changed your world.
Anxiety can be exhausting — a mind that will not stop, a body braced for something that never quite comes, broken sleep, and the quiet shrinking of a life as you avoid the things that set it off. Anxiety counselling helps you understand what is keeping the worry alive and gives you real, usable ways to turn the volume down.
We draw heavily on approaches with strong evidence for anxiety, including cognitive behavioural work, to help you notice the thought-and-avoidance loops that feed it, and to practise responding differently. Alongside the skills, sessions are a warm place to be honest about how heavy it has felt — because anxiety often grows in the not-talking-about-it.
This is not about "just relax" or "think positive". It is structured, paced and tailored to you, whether your anxiety shows up as panic attacks, health worries, social fear, or a low constant hum of dread. Many people are surprised how much lighter daily life can feel with the right tools and a steady space to use them.

This list isn’t exhaustive — if what you’re facing isn’t here, please reach out anyway and we’ll point you to the right support.
Often shorter, structured work — frequently 8–12 sessions, reviewed. There’s no fixed package and no lock-in — we review together how things are going so the work always stays useful to you, and you’re free to pause or stop whenever you choose.
Stillpoint is a counselling and psychotherapy practice, not a medical or psychiatric clinic — our counsellors don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. We work alongside GPs and psychiatrists, and will talk with you about a referral if we feel medical input would help. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a Singapore helpline straight away.
If any of this feels like you or someone you love, you don’t have to carry it alone. Reach out today, and we’ll take it gently from there.
