Our fees
We believe in being upfront about money, because worrying about cost shouldn’t be a barrier to support. Our fees vary by the counsellor’s seniority and the type of session, and we offer lower rates with our practicum counsellors so that support stays within reach.
First Session
A gentle, no-pressure first hour to understand what brings you in and decide together if we’re a good fit.

Individual Session
An ongoing one-to-one counselling hour for an adult, shaped around what you want to feel different.

Couple / Family Session
A longer session for two partners or a family, with a fair hearing for everyone in the room.

Practicum counsellors are experienced trainees working under the close supervision of our senior team — a lower-cost option that keeps the same care and confidentiality. The six-session block must be used within six months of the first session. Fees are reviewed periodically; your counsellor will always confirm the rate before you commit.
Ways to pay
We keep payment simple and flexible. You can settle each session by PayNow or card, and Atome instalments are available if spreading the cost helps. Every invoice is itemised, with no hidden charges.
If you have employee assistance (EAP) cover or are claiming through an insurer, let us know and we’ll provide the paperwork you need.
If cost is a worry
We never want fees to be the reason someone goes without support. Alongside our lower practicum-counsellor rates, we hold a small number of reduced-fee places for those in genuine financial difficulty.
