For relationships Marriage Counselling
Longer-term relationship work for married couples — strengthening the partnership, navigating in-laws, parenting and the long middle of a marriage.
Couples counselling gives both of you the same calm room and the same fair hearing. Most couples who come to us are not "failing" — they have simply fallen into patterns where the same argument keeps happening, where one or both feel unheard, or where a knock to trust has left things tender. Our role is not to take sides, but to help you understand the cycle you are caught in and find a kinder way through it.
Sessions are practical as well as emotional. We slow down the conversations that usually escalate at home, so each of you can actually say what you mean and hear what your partner is really asking for underneath the frustration. Over time, that builds the communication and repair skills that let you handle the next disagreement yourselves.
We see couples at every stage — dating and unsure, newly married and adjusting, long-together and drifting, or working hard to rebuild after a breach of trust. Whether the hope is to grow closer or to part with less hurt, we hold the space honestly and without pressure toward any one outcome.

This list isn’t exhaustive — if what you’re facing isn’t here, please reach out anyway and we’ll point you to the right support.
Both partners attend; occasionally one individual session each to begin. There’s no fixed package and no lock-in — we review together how things are going so the work always stays useful to you, and you’re free to pause or stop whenever you choose.
Stillpoint is a counselling and psychotherapy practice, not a medical or psychiatric clinic — our counsellors don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. We work alongside GPs and psychiatrists, and will talk with you about a referral if we feel medical input would help. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a Singapore helpline straight away.
If any of this feels like you or someone you love, you don’t have to carry it alone. Reach out today, and we’ll take it gently from there.
