Each month we process salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions and bonuses, calculate CPF contributions correctly for citizens, PRs and the various pass holders, and issue clean, itemised payslips on time, every time.
We carry the statutory side, so the deadlines are never yours to chase: CPF submission, year-end IR8A and Appendix 8A preparation, and IR21 tax clearance when a foreign employee leaves. Everything is reconciled before it goes out, and you receive a simple monthly summary showing exactly what was paid, withheld and contributed — no jargon, no surprises.
Because payroll touches confidential salary data, we run it under PDPA-aware controls with access kept tight, and we can plug into PayNow or your bank file for disbursement. As your headcount grows, the same process scales without you needing to hire a payroll executive or buy and learn a new system.
