What’s involved
Hiring well is the single decision that quietly makes or breaks a small Singapore team, and it is also the one most owners least enjoy. Keystone runs the search end to end: we sit down to understand the role and the kind of person who will actually thrive in your culture, write a job description that attracts the right applicants, then advertise, source and headhunt across the channels that suit the seniority of the role.
Every applicant is screened against the brief before they reach you. We check the obvious things — right to work, salary expectation, notice period and genuine interest — and the less obvious ones, like whether someone leaving a 2,000-person MNC will settle into a 15-person firm. You receive a tidy shortlist of two or three people worth your time, each with our honest notes, rather than an inbox of CVs to wade through.
We stay in the room through to the offer: coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, sense-checking the package against the market, and managing the delicate close so a candidate you want does not slip away over a misread counter-offer. Roles are billed as a percentage of the first-year salary, with a replacement guarantee if a hire does not work out in the first ninety days.
Who it’s for
Founders and managers hiring without an in-house recruiter, or filling a role they have struggled to close.
