From a desk job to your corner
I didn’t grow up an athlete. I came to training the way most of my clients do — stiff, stressed and stuck at a desk, convinced the gym wasn’t for someone like me. Learning to lift properly changed not just my body but how I felt every day, and I never looked back. I qualified, started coaching on the side, and within two years it was all I wanted to do.
Nine years on, I’ve coached over four hundred people one-on-one across Singapore — and I’ve stayed freelance on purpose. I don’t want to be a name on a chain’s roster who you might see one week and not the next. I want to be the coach who remembers your dodgy knee, your work trips and your last personal best, and who genuinely cares whether you hit the next one.
That’s the whole philosophy: one coach, one programme that’s actually yours, and the consistency that turns good intentions into real, lasting strength. No gimmicks, no quick fixes — just honest coaching that works.
How I coach
You get me, not a roster
I am a freelance coach, not an agency. The person you message is the person who coaches you — same face every session, who actually remembers your knee, your schedule and your last PB.
A programme that is yours
No copy-paste template. Your plan is written from your screen, your goal and your week, and it changes as you do — because what works for a desk worker is not what works for an athlete.
Trained around your life
A studio in Tanjong Pagar, your own condo gym, or East Coast Park at sunrise — plus online and hybrid options. Coaching that bends to your schedule, not the other way round.

How coaching works
Book a free consult
Message me on WhatsApp or send the form. We have a no-pressure chat about your goal, your history and what you want from training.
Movement screen & plan
In our first session I screen how you move, set an honest baseline, and write a programme built only around you.
We train together
Coached, progressive sessions — in person, online or hybrid — with the weights, technique and pace dialled in every week.
You get stronger
We track the numbers, adjust as you progress, and you start moving and looking like someone who trains. Simple as that.
