Online coaching is for people who can train themselves but want it to actually work. You get a programme built in a training app — exercises, sets, weights, with a demo video on every movement — that updates as you progress. You log your sessions, send me a clip of the lifts you are unsure about, and I review them, fix what needs fixing, and adjust the plan.
Every week we check in: what got done, what felt heavy, how you slept and ate, and what we change next. It is the same coaching brain behind my in-person clients, minus the standing-next-to-you part — which is why it costs a fraction of session-by-session training and suits anyone whose schedule or travel makes a fixed weekly slot impossible.
It works best when you are honest with the log and quick to send the form videos. Do that, and online coaching is not "an app" — it is having a coach in your pocket who is genuinely paying attention to your training, not a chatbot.
