What this is for
Anyone who wants a coach in the room — correcting technique, picking the weights, and keeping you honest.
How well it fits each goalWhat’s involved
This is the work I am known for. We start with a proper movement screen — how you squat, hinge, press and pull, where you are tight, what hurts — and from that I write a programme that is genuinely yours, not a template I hand to everyone. Then every session, I coach you through it: setting up the bar, picking the load, calling the cue that fixes the lift, and pushing exactly as hard as your body can take that day.
Most of my clients train one to three times a week, usually at the Tanjong Pagar studio, sometimes at their own condo gym. Sessions are an hour. You leave knowing what you did, why you did it, and what next week looks like — and over the weeks the numbers climb, the lifts clean up, and you start moving like someone who trains.
I keep groups out of it on purpose. One-on-one means the whole hour is your hour: no waiting for a rack, no generic circuit, no being one of twelve. If you have tried classes and apps and never quite stuck with it, having someone show up for you twice a week is usually the missing piece.
