What this is for
Anyone whose training is fine but the kitchen — or the hawker centre — keeps undoing it.
How well it fits each goalWhat’s involved
Training is only half of it. Most people who are stuck do not need a harder workout — they need their eating to stop sabotaging it. Nutrition and habit coaching is the practical side: I help you build a way of eating you can actually keep, around real Singapore life — hawker lunches, family dinners, the occasional kopi and prata.
No banned-food lists, no joyless meal-prep you will quit in a fortnight. We set a sensible protein and calorie target, build a few default meals and hawker swaps that fit your day, and then check in monthly to adjust as your body and routine change. The habits — steps, sleep, water, how you handle a buffet — get as much attention as the macros, because those are what actually move the needle long term.
It pairs naturally with training, but plenty of clients take just the nutrition side. When your gym work is already solid yet the scale refuses to move, the kitchen is usually the missing piece — and what we build here is designed to outlast any diet you have tried.
