Aerial Silks
Climbs, wraps and graceful drops on suspended fabric — demanding, elegant, and deeply satisfying to progress in.
Aerial Silks is the discipline of suspended fabric — climbing it, wrapping into shapes, and learning the controlled drops that make silks so spectacular to watch. It is demanding on the grip and core, which is why we suggest a little pole or hoop strength first, but the payoff is some of the most graceful work in the studio.
We build silks carefully and safely. Climbs come first, then foot-locks and basic wraps, then the early drops once your control is genuinely there — never before. Coaches keep the progression honest because silks rewards patience and punishes rushing.
It is hard, and that is exactly why people fall for it. The first clean climb to the top of the fabric is a moment students remember for a long time, and from there the shapes and sequences only get more beautiful.
