Pole Foundations is the heart of the beginner journey. Over a run of weeks you build the things every later move rests on — a solid grip, controlled spins on both sides, your first proper climb, and the core and shoulder strength that makes the pole feel less like a fight and more like a partner.
Classes are progressive, so each week sensibly stacks on the last rather than throwing random tricks at you. Coaches break every move into its parts, give you conditioning to take home, and keep the group small enough that you are never just a body in the back row.
This is the level where people stop saying "I could never do that" and start booking their next pack before the current one ends. By the end of Foundations you will have a tidy handful of spins and a climb you can actually trust, plus the base to step confidently into Intermediate.
