Why we teach in levels
A clear ladder, not a guessing game
Too many studios throw random tricks at beginners and hope something sticks. We do the opposite. Every student moves through four levels in order, so each class sensibly stacks on the last — and you always know exactly what you're working towards. You progress when your coach sees your strength and technique are genuinely ready, never by a fixed timetable.
Level 1 · first taste
Level 1 · Intro
Best for: Total beginners
A beginner-only first class with nothing assumed. You learn to hold the pole, your first walk-around and a basic spin — coached and spotted every step. Most people leave already booking a pack.

Level 2 · your base
Level 2 · Foundations
Best for: Past your trial
The base everything rests on: clean spins on both sides, your first controlled climb, and the core, grip and shoulder strength that turns the pole from a fight into a partner.

Level 3 · inverts & spins
Level 3 · Intermediate
Best for: Confident climbers
Going upside down for the first time — inverts, sit positions, shoulder mounts and your first real combinations. The level most students find the most fun.

Level 4 · choreo & stage
Level 4 · Advanced / Performance
Best for: Invert-and-spin students
Dynamic tricks, full choreographed routines and the artistry that turns moves into a performance — with the option, never the obligation, to take the stage.
