Flexibility & Conditioning is the class that makes everything else look easy. We work on the splits, backbends, shoulder and hip mobility, and the active strength that lets you actually use that range on the pole or in the air — flexibility you can hold under load, not just floppy stretching.
It is open to every level and run safely, with progressions for tight beginners and deeper work for advanced students chasing a clean bridge or a flat split. Nobody is yanked into a position they are not ready for; the gains come from consistent, intelligent work.
Most students treat it as a supplement to their pole or aerial, and it is the quiet reason their lines suddenly look better and their tricks suddenly feel within reach. One or two sessions a week is genuinely enough to change how your body moves.
