Yes, and most of our students started exactly there. The Pole Intro Trial is beginner-only, with no experience and no fitness base assumed — there’s no need to arrive strong or flexible — that is literally what the classes build. Coaches break every move into its parts and spot you the whole way, so you leave the first class having already done more than you expected. If you are nervous, you are in good company.
For pole, wear shorts and a tee or tank — your skin needs to grip the pole, so long leggings actually make it harder once you start climbing. For aerial and flexibility, leggings are fine. Bring water and yourself; we provide grip aids, crash mats and everything else. Leave the moisturiser off on class day (it makes the pole slippery), and remove rings or bracelets that could catch.
Everyone begins with an Intro Trial, then moves into Foundations to build a base, Intermediate for inverts and combos, and finally Advanced & Performance for choreography and tricks. You progress when your coach feels your technique and strength are genuinely ready, not by a fixed timetable. Our free Pole Journey Planner will suggest the right starting level from your experience, your goal and the discipline you fancy.
Never. Performing at our showcases and community nights is entirely optional and plenty of students happily train for years without ever taking the stage. Photos and filming in class are only ever with your consent, and we are careful with anyone who prefers not to be in studio content. You set your own goals here — strong-and-private is just as valid as stage-ready.
Safety is the whole point of training somewhere coached. Every aerial and invert station has crash mats, classes are capped small, and we only progress you to harder moves — especially inverts and silks drops — once your strength and technique are actually there. Tell us about any injuries or conditions when you book and again on the day, and your coach will scale things to keep you safe.
Not at all — fitness and flexibility are outcomes of training here, not entry requirements. Beginners arrive at every shape, age and ability level, and the classes are designed to meet you where you are and build from there. If anything, the people who think they are "too unfit to start" tend to surprise themselves the fastest. Just come to an Intro Trial and let your body show you.
There is no joining fee and no lock-in. The Starter Pack is valid six weeks, the 10-Class Pack three months, and the Unlimited Monthly runs month to month with one pause a year if life gets in the way. We keep validity windows generous but real, because packs that never expire tend to mean classes that never get used — and we would rather see you on the pole.
Book a class or trial through the studio, by WhatsApp, or with the booking form, and pay by PayNow, card or Atome instalments — clear pricing, no hidden charges. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we keep your contact details, photos and any health notes private and well looked after. We only ever use them to manage your booking and your training — never to sell or to share.
