Coached, unstructured studio time to drill your own moves — the secret weapon of every student who progresses fast.
Open Practice is supervised, unstructured studio time — your own pole or apparatus, your own list of moves to drill, with a coach on the floor to spot you and answer questions. It is the single biggest accelerator we see: the students who practise are always the ones who progress.
There is no set syllabus in Open Practice. You bring what you are working on — a spin that will not click, an invert you want to commit to, a routine you are polishing — and you get the time, the safety and the second pair of eyes to actually crack it.
It is open to Foundations level and above, kept affordable so you can come often, and genuinely sociable — half the studio friendships at Suspend are made here. Book it alongside your regular classes and watch how much faster things start to land.
