Pole Intermediate
Where it gets addictive — your first inverts, sit positions and combos, and the moment the pole stops being scary and starts being fun.
Pole Intermediate is the level most people are quietly chasing. Once you have a confident climb and your basic spins are clean, this is where you go upside down for the first time, learn to sit and hold positions on the pole, and start linking moves into your first real combinations.
The strength work steps up to match. Expect focused conditioning for inverts and shoulder mounts, plenty of coached repetitions, and the safety drills that let you commit to a move instead of half-trying it. Coaches keep a close eye on technique so bad habits never get a chance to set in.
It is genuinely the most fun level for a lot of people — the trick list opens right up and the progress is fast and visible. You leave Intermediate with a body that feels strong and capable, and the foundation to take on the advanced and performance work if that calls to you.
