What’s involved
Clinical Pilates at Stride is led by physiotherapists and built around your body, not a generic class. Using reformers and studio equipment, we develop the deep core control, mobility and stability that underpin pain-free movement — particularly for people recovering from back, hip or pelvic problems.
Because it is physio-led, every exercise is chosen and progressed for your specific needs and goals. We start most people one-to-one so we can teach the control properly, then move you into a small, closely-supervised group as your technique and strength improve. It is a natural next step once hands-on treatment has settled the acute pain.
Many of our clients use Clinical Pilates as the thing that finally breaks a cycle of recurring back pain. By building genuine control and strength rather than just stretching, it gives the spine and joints the support they need to handle daily life and sport without flaring up again.

Senior, specialist physiotherapists
You are treated by experienced, post-graduate-trained physiotherapists with sports and rehabilitation backgrounds — not handed off to the most junior pair of hands.
A clear, phased plan
No open-ended series of vague visits. You get a staged plan with milestones and an honest estimate of how many sessions you really need.
A real rehab gym, not just a table
Each clinic has a full rehabilitation gym floor, so we can load and test you properly — the part most clinics skip and the part that makes recovery stick.
