What’s involved
Remedial and sports massage at Stride is therapeutic, not just relaxing. Our therapists work into the specific muscles and soft tissue that are tight, overloaded or holding tension, easing pain, improving range and helping the body recover from training and long hours at a desk.
It works best as part of a bigger picture. On its own, massage gives welcome relief; combined with a physiotherapy plan, it loosens the tissue so the strengthening and movement work lands better and faster. For our runners and gym-goers, regular sessions are a recovery tool that keeps niggles from turning into injuries.
We tailor the depth and focus to you — a gentle session to unwind a stiff neck, or firm deep-tissue work on a marathoner’s calves before race week. You tell us the pressure that feels right, and your therapist explains what they are finding and why as they go.

Senior, specialist physiotherapists
You are treated by experienced, post-graduate-trained physiotherapists with sports and rehabilitation backgrounds — not handed off to the most junior pair of hands.
A clear, phased plan
No open-ended series of vague visits. You get a staged plan with milestones and an honest estimate of how many sessions you really need.
A real rehab gym, not just a table
Each clinic has a full rehabilitation gym floor, so we can load and test you properly — the part most clinics skip and the part that makes recovery stick.
