What’s involved
Physiotherapy at Stride starts with a proper assessment, not a guess. Your physiotherapist takes a full history, watches how you move, tests the joint and muscle, and tells you in plain terms what is actually driving your pain — whether that is a strained tissue, a stiff joint, a nerve, or load that crept up faster than your body could adapt.
From there you get a clear, staged plan rather than an open-ended series of visits. Early sessions focus on settling pain and restoring movement with hands-on treatment; later ones build the strength and control that stop the problem coming back. You leave every visit knowing exactly what to do between sessions, because the home programme is where most of the recovery happens.
We treat the whole person, not just the sore spot. Many aches in Singapore come from long desk hours, sudden weekend sport, or carrying young children — so we look at the habit behind the injury, not only the injury itself. The aim is always to make you independent again, not dependent on us.

Senior, specialist physiotherapists
You are treated by experienced, post-graduate-trained physiotherapists with sports and rehabilitation backgrounds — not handed off to the most junior pair of hands.
A clear, phased plan
No open-ended series of vague visits. You get a staged plan with milestones and an honest estimate of how many sessions you really need.
A real rehab gym, not just a table
Each clinic has a full rehabilitation gym floor, so we can load and test you properly — the part most clinics skip and the part that makes recovery stick.
