What’s involved
Sports physiotherapy is about more than getting you out of pain — it is about getting you back to your sport without the injury returning. Our sports-trained physiotherapists work with runners, footballers, gym-goers, climbers and triathletes, and they understand that "rest until it stops hurting" is rarely the answer.
We diagnose the real driver of the injury, often a load or movement issue rather than the painful tissue itself, then build a progressive plan that keeps you as active as your body allows. You will usually keep training in some modified form throughout, because deconditioning is its own setback. As you improve, we add the strength, power and control your sport demands.
Before we clear you, we test you. A return-to-sport decision at Stride is based on objective markers — strength symmetry, hop and movement tests, confidence under load — not just the calendar. That is how you go back to playing rather than back to the physio a month later.

Senior, specialist physiotherapists
You are treated by experienced, post-graduate-trained physiotherapists with sports and rehabilitation backgrounds — not handed off to the most junior pair of hands.
A clear, phased plan
No open-ended series of vague visits. You get a staged plan with milestones and an honest estimate of how many sessions you really need.
A real rehab gym, not just a table
Each clinic has a full rehabilitation gym floor, so we can load and test you properly — the part most clinics skip and the part that makes recovery stick.
